Welcome to TD Helps, Ethen. We'll be glad to provide details on how to reset your security questions.
If you are able to log in to your online profile, to reset your security questions please click on the Customer Service tab and then Change Security Questions/Answers.
If you are unable to log in we ask that you give our Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD location. After account verification, we can remove your current security questions, so that you may set up new ones. If this is for TD Bank BusinessDirect please call our Small Business Specialists anytime at 800-493-7562, option 2.
If you are referring to your online banking for your TD Credit Card at www.tdcardservices.com, please contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
