Good afternoon, Myron! Thanks for coming to TD Helps for your answers today. We'll be happy to provide you with plenty of options when wanting to receive your statements!
The easiest and quickest way to retrieve copies of your statements is to print them via your Online Banking account. If you're currently using our TD Online Banking for your personal account, after logging into your account here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the 'Accounts' tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the 'Statements and Notices' tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click 'View'
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, and wish to enroll for your Personal account, you may use our self-service option by visiting https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/debit card, Social Security number, and your email address.
In case you do not have the required information to set up Online Banking, or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us, 24/7, at 800-493-7562 to speak with a Tech Support Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started!
Please note that there is no charge if you view or print your previous statements via Online Banking. If you are unable to locate the statements you need online, you do have the option to request the statement copies to be mailed to your address on file. You may make this request by calling and speaking with a Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, 24/7, sending a secure message from your Online Banking, or visiting your local TD Bank Store. If you'd like to make this request by sending a secure message, simply log into your Online Banking using the link we have provided in the first paragraph above. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have the TD Bank Mobile App downloaded, you may also send your request from there. After logging in, select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
