Welcome to TD Helps, Sharlene. We'll be happy to provide you with additional details regarding your statements.
For security purposes, we are unable to send statements via email. This information is able to be viewed on www.tdbank.com, if you'd like. If you're not enrolled for Online Banking yet, you may do so by clicking: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to complete the enrollment.
Once you are enrolled and logged in, you will be able to view past statements by clicking on your account and then selecting the Statement & Notices tab.
If you'd like to go paperless for your account, we will send you an alert via email each month when a statement is available. To go paperless please click on the Customer Service tab and then select Online Statement Settings.
Additionally, we can mail past statements to you by request. To send this request you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a nearby TD location.
