Greetings, I have a TD Bank account and a US flag Sailing School Vessel with appropriate OFAC licenses to operate in Cuba. My ships agent in Cuba has provided me with the Banco Internacional de Commercio (BIC) SWIFT code BIDCCUHH and beneficiary account number to pay for Services. Are you able to efficiently transfer funds through your compliance department to Cuba? I have been advised that it should be in Euros. You may need to go through Banco Bilbao Viscaya in Paris BVAFRPP which is a correspondent bank of BIC.

Thanks for your question, Phineas. We'd be glad to help.
Please know that as a TD Customer, you're able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours to initiate a wire transfer. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send an international wire all you need is:
· The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to
· The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds
· The amount and currency of the transfer
For further clarification to determine if a wire can be sent to Cuba specifically, we recommend reaching out to your local TD Store prior to your trip.
We hope this helps, Phineas. Have a good day.
