Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Patricia. We'd be happy to go over how to request a statement to be sent to you.
You may request to have a copy of your statement mailed to you by calling 888-751-9000 to speak to a Customer Service Representative. They are available 24/7 for your assistance! If you prefer to speak with someone in person, you may always visit your nearest TD Store during lobby hours. For hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You also have access to your statements available via Online Banking. If you are not currently enrolled, you may do so here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In order to complete the enrollment process you'll need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. If you do not have one of these pieces of information or encounter difficulties during the enrollment process we ask that you contact us directly. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 and speaking to our Digital Banking Specialists who'd be happy to help get you started.
Once you've enrolled in Online Banking and you've logged in to your account, please follow the steps below to view the statement of your choosing:
- Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
- Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
- Click on the “Statements” tab.
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you need statements that are not displayed via Online Banking, you may contact us as listed above or request these statements through secure message. You may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." Be sure to include which statement dates that you are requesting in your message.

Thanks for joining us here on TD Helps today, Jose. We'll be happy to get you started in the right direction.
We'd like to start off by letting you know that, at this time, TD Helps is not considered a secure forum. Because of this, we do not have access to your account information. As you are in need of a statement for your account, we recommend contacting a Banking Specialist directly at 1-888-751-9000. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will be more than happy to have a statement mailed out to the address we have on record for your account.
You may also visit your nearest TD Store location in Massachusetts, and a Customer Service Representative will also be able to assist you, and may even be able to provide you with printed statement copies during your visit so that you may leave with them in your hand on that same day.
If you are unable to visit a Store location, and would rather take advantage of your Online Banking, rather than calling, you may also send a Secure Message. To start, you may log into your Online Banking using the link provided here https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you have not yet enrolled in, don't worry! We'll be happy help you do so. To start the enrollment process, please click here https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security Number, ATM or Debit Card Number, Account Number, and a unique email address registered to the U.S.. If you experience any issues with enrolling in Online Banking, you may call the number provided above to speak with a Representative, and they'll be happy to assist you with logging in.
Once you have successfully logged into your Online Banking, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a Secure Message'. Under the 'Subject', you'll want to select 'Statement Copy Request'. This will take you to a screen where you can select the account you want statements for, as well as the Month and Year of the specific statement you are looking for.
You also have the option of sending a Secure Message by using your TD Bank Mobile App on your smart phone. Once you've logged in using your credentials with the app, select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less
