What do I have to do to get the money back?

We're sorry to hear you haven't received your funds back, Kayla.
Your recipient should have 10 days to collect on the money you've sent them. If that time passes and they do not deposit the money into their account, it should be returned to you the following business day.
We'd be glad to look into this for you and help to get the funds returned to you.
