How long does it take to receive money via "Send Money" if both the sending and the receiving accounts are TD? Will I be able to access the money immediately after accepting the text/email?

Hi Shawn, welcome to TD Helps!
The date in which you receive a Send Money transfer is determined on the delivery speed selected by the sender, while setting the transfer up. Currently, the two delivery speed options are instant, and standard; standard delivery takes 3 business days. If you are waiting for funds from an incoming Send Money transfer, we encourage you to verify the delivery speed selected by the sender.
Once the deposit is listed as a pending credit on your account, you will have immediate access to the funds!
