My debit card is not woking anymore. It's not expired yet. Can you send me the new one to my house in South Korea?
One of your representatives told me sending message to you is the only way to get a new card.

Thank you for writing into TD Helps this evening, Shinha! We'll be sure to guide you in the right direction regarding your debit card question.
Based on your question, it sounds like you've spoken with one of our 24/7 Banking Specialists and they instructed you to send an email to receive a new debit card. If that’s so, we'd kindly like to clarify. You would need to send us a secure message through online banking requesting a new debit card as a Letter of Responsibility is needed.
If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator's assistance from a non-mobile telephone at 00+1-215-569-0518.
Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. In your message, please include the following information:
-Your first and last name
-Account Number, card number or social security number
-The address the card is going to
-Statement: I take full responsibility for card being sent to this alternate address
-Delivery Type – Expedited or Emergency Overnighted
-Signature and date
You'll receive your new debit card in a plain white envelope as well.
If you should have any questions, feel free to give us a call at either one of the telephone numbers mentioned above, 24/7. We hope this clarifies your question and come by TD Helps any time you have a question, Shinha. Take care and have a good night!
