Lost card want to cancel it online

We're sorry to hear that you've lost your card, David. We'd be happy to help.
If in regards to your Debit Card, we recommend contact us right away to close your card. Our Customer Service Representatives are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to assist with closing your Debit Card. If you prefer not to call, you are also more than welcome to stop in to any TD Bank Store where we can close your card for you right away. Please find your nearest TD Bank Store and lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are already enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to send us a secure message to close your Debit Card. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled and only have a loan here with us, please call us 24/7 at the number provided above.
Once your card is closed, if you're at one of our Stores, a Representative will be more than happy to print a new Debit Card for you!
If you reach us by phone, after account verification, our Representatives would be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your post office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days. Additionally, whether at the Store or by phone, our Specialists would be happy to review your account with you to ensure that no unauthorized activity has occurred.
