I send my dad money and he is a TD bank customer but how do we activate the same day pay? I know that there is a website to go sign up to received the money the same day but I can't find it now. Any help would be helpful.

We'd be happy to help your dad receive the money you sent him. The great news is that he can do that right through his online banking!
To receive instant transfers, there are some requirements. First, both the sender and the receiver must have accounts at one of the participating banks. We can confirm that TD Bank is one! The checking accounts used to send and receive the funds must both be valid and active, with valid and active debit cards linked to those accounts. Both parties must also have validated phone numbers and email addresses.
To register, he just needs to log into his online banking from either a computer or mobile device and select "Send Money". It will show the phone number and email address we have for him, so he will want to make sure that the info is up to date and correct before moving on to accepting the Terms and Conditions. A verification code will be sent to him via email and text message. He'll just need to go back into "Send Money" to enter the code. If any of the information is not current, he can give us a ring at the number below and we'll be glad to help him out. Once he's fully enrolled, he should receive notification of the transfer you sent him, if he hasn't already.
