Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as though you may have performed a transfer using TD Bank's Send Money feature, and if this is the case, we'd like to recommend that you connect with one of our knowledgeable Tech Support Specialist for further assistance. By doing so, they'll gladly review your transfer, and take any additional steps that may be needed to ensure that your transfer reaches your payee successfully. To speak with a Tech Support Specialist, you may simply dial 800-493-7562, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In the event that you did not perform a Send Money transfer, but rather a wire transfer, we'd like to recommend that you speak with one of our Banking Specialist instead. To reach a Banking Specialist, you may simply dial 1-888-751-9000, also 24/7. If you'd prefer, you may also speak with a Customer Service Representative at your nearest TD Store location in regard to your wire transfer.
