Yesterday I sent three (3) messages about the trouble/concerns I have with how the online payment went for State Financial-my mortgage company.
I am afraid two payments were entered and that I cannot afford.
I believe I did set up the automatic monthly payment to begin December 1st.
please help me and make sure only one payment is made to the mortgage company
I am not sure what else to do-I am leaving work soon and will call in after 3 to talk with someone.
