Thanks for sending us your question, Robert. We'll be sure to point you in the right direction today.
As you mentioned that your previous TD account was closed due to a negative balance, to best assist you with your inquiries we ask that you contact our Recovery Department. They may be reached Monday through Friday 8am-9pm and Saturday 8am-5pm at 800-742-2651. If you wish to, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store during the lobby hour and one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives may be able to assist you. For a listing of our Store hours please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you're speaking with a Recovery or Store Specialist we will be able to go over all options regarding payments and opening a new account if you would like.
We appreciate your visit, Robert and take care.
