I have a HSA account through my work and am wondering should I have received a 1099 tax form to use as I file my taxes.. or if no withdrawals were made I would not receive one..

We'd like to let you know that TD Bank 1099-SA forms for HSA Distributions were generated and mailed by January 31, 2015 to our Customers. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
If you wish to obtain the total amount of your distribution for the year of 2014 immediately, you may feel free to give us a call, send a secure message or visit any TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours. You may choose the option that is most convenient for you!

To send a secure message you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and to start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center."
