Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Betty. We'd be glad to help you order checks.
The cost of the checks is determined by the type of account you have, if this is your first order or a re-order and the quantity of the checks.
At TD Bank, we offer a wide variety of checking accounts for our Customers. Each account has its own features and benefits. Some accounts do offer free checks; some accounts offer your first set of checks for free while other accounts offer a discounted price on your first order. For more information we invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1oy6i4q.
If you are unsure of what account you have or for any other accounts that are not listed, we recommend contacting one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
To find out if you are eligible for free checks, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at the number listed above, or stop by your local TD Bank to go over the features and benefits of our accounts with a Customer Service Representative. For Store locations and their hours please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are currently enrolled for Online Banking, another way to contact us is by sending a secure message via Online Banking. If you are not enrolled to Online Banking yet, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled and logged in to your account, you will then select the "Customer Service" tab after you log in. Beneath the section entitled "Message Center" select "Send a Message."
Please note, as we are happy to assist you promptly, this is a public forum where we cannot access your personal information.
We hope to hear from you soon, Betty and have a good afternoon.
