We appreciate you coming to TD Helps for assistance today, and we're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble closing your TD Bank Debit or ATM Card. We'll be happy to connect you with Specialist who can help.
Please understand that while we'd like to assist you directly, TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact, and because of this we are unfortunately unable to assist you with your Debit or ATM Card directly. However, please don't worry! We have a couple different ways in which you are able to connect with us, and we'll be happy to provide you with all your options so that you may choose the one that is most convenient for you.
As you stated that you are unable to call, we'd first like to recommend that you visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to visit a Store location, that's okay, as you're also able to send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Just in case you're able to gain access to a phone, you may also connect with one of our Banking Specialist by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. For your convenience, Banking Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
