I went through the application process and was on the final finish up section to print off the banking account information. I went to print off the account details and the website crashed. I contacted the online help and they told me to reapply, which I tried and it gave me an error that my identity could not be verified and to go to a branch. Is there any way around this? Just since I recently had surgery and travelling to a branch will not be possible until next week sometime.

We apologize for any trouble you may have had when attempting to open your account online. If you received the error message you mentioned and couldn’t get any further with your application, we would recommend stepping inside any TD Store near you during our lobby hours. When you visit, we'll be able to verify your identity using your ID instead and will be more than glad to help you get your new account set up. Please just bring a valid photo ID such as a Driver's License, State ID, or Passport and your Social Security number so we can get you started.
