Welcome to TD Helps, Lucinda. We'll be glad to provide you with information on how to sign up for Online Banking.
If you have a personal checking or savings account with an ATM/Debit Card please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. That will bring you to the 3 steps needed to complete the enrollment process. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account online.
Should you have any difficulties with the online enrollment process, you may call our Digital Banking Specialists, available 24/7, at 800-493-7562. Of course you could also stop by your nearest TD Bank for assistance in getting set up. For Store hours and locations please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are looking to set up TD BusinessDirect for your business account and have your Debit/ATM Card you may follow the same link shown above and select Business from the drop down box. The next page will ask you to enter in your information (Business Name, taxpayer identification number, account number, etc.). When the application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your User Id and password within 2-3 business days.
To set up TD BusinessDirect if you do not have a Debit or ATM Card, we ask that you visit a TD Bank location, during lobby hours, for further assistance.
