I have an account for my car loan, however, I do not receive anything in the mail about my account anymore. I am just wondering if there is a way for me to access that through the TD bank online account system?

While TD Bank is not currently offering auto loans, we are still servicing our existing auto loan customers. Please call out Financial Solutions Group 24/7 at 800-937-5020. We can take a look at why you're no longer receiving mail regarding your loan and help you gain access to your account online.
If your loan account is with TD Auto Finance, you would not be able to access it through TD Bank online banking. But TD Auto Finance does offer their own online service. To register for online account access, please click here: https://go.td.com/2tk7AwZ. You'll need to provide some personal information, vehicle information and set up your username, password and security questions. You may also call a TD Auto Finance Customer Service Representative at 800-556-8172. They are available to help you Monday through Friday 8AM to 10PM ET and Saturday 8AM to 7PM.
