in Edmonton, AB. We would like to have an account in a TD Bank and it would be easier to access our funds at a TD bank down here. Is there any way of opening a TD account (Canadian funds) without coming to Canada to do it? We like being able to access our Canadian funds when the exchange rate is in our favor. Thank you
