TD bank, is there any other esay to use a ATM that won't charge a service fee?. Maybe a local bank that has an agreement with TD to waive the fee?

We understand you concerns, Richard, and would be glad to help provide some information that could help.
Please note, each ATM withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made by a TD Customer at an ATM not owned by TD may be subject to a $3.00 fee, which is charged by TD Bank the same day the transaction is made. The owner of the machine or network may assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including a fee for balance inquiries, in addition to any fees assessed by TD Bank.
Although we are not affiliated with any other Financial Institutions, we'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would be waive and we may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM at the end of each statement. Please look here, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for fee information and the types of accounts needed to avoid a non-TD ATM fee.
We'd also like to take this opportunity to offer some suggestions to avoid non-TD ATM fees:
Using your TD Bank Visa Debit Card instead of cash is safer, linked to rewards, and most merchants will accept it even for smaller purchases. TD Bank Debit cardholders can take advantage of hundreds of special discounts when shopping online or in stores with their Debit Card - from travel and restaurants to their favorite stores! Discounts are easy to redeem: no enrollment is needed and there are no points to keep track of, and no hassle! You`re welcome to visit our newly designed website at http://bit.ly/1rNJqlL to see what savings are available. Please be sure to check back often as these discounts change three times a year!
If you're in need of cash, you may also want to take advantage of getting cash back when using your debit card at the point of sale; many major retailers and grocery chains will give cash back at the register without a fee. Check out: http://bit.ly/1xwvko5 for more details on how to avoid this fee.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps Richard. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

After talking with a TD Rep, we changed our checking account to one that reimburses us for any transaction fee. That makes it so easy...the only item I would add is to make your withdrawals at a bank as apposed to a free standing privately owned ATM that you see in convenient stores since a bank ATM is more secure. thank you TD Bank for making my banking easier....
