I was signing up for an account online. I did the fourth step, then it told me to download forms, sign them, and fax them. Next, it said press continue. But it didn't go to the fifth step which is to create your log in information. This happens every time I try to make an account.

If you wish to enroll in TD Bank Online Banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier, and create a User Name and Password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
