hi is signed up for online banking for my small business checking account. i filled out the online form and was told that i would get an email about whether that went through or not and i haven't heard anything. please advise

If this timeframe has passed and you still have not received an email, please don't worry. We recommend checking the Spam folder of your email as, at times, these types of emails can be placed there.
