I am would like some information about your small business banking. What is the minimum balance, if any. What kind of fees do you have for international and domestic money transfers, check ordering, etc. We are incorporated to do business in the State of Florida.
Thank you. I look forward to your response.

Thank you for stopping by TD Helps this evening, Sahyli! We're glad that you're considering us for your business needs and we'll be sure to provide some useful information regarding our small business accounts.
We'd like to begin by providing you with our current small business accounts; just click here: http://bit.ly/1lWgAhe. Feel free to get a personal recommendation by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw. In regards to monthly maintence fees, please understand that most of our accounts do have standard maintenance fees each statement cycle; however these fees can be avoided by maintaining the particular minimum daily balance in your account type. By using the links above you can look at our various accounts and see what the minimum balance for each is. If you should have any additional questions, you may reach out to our Small Business Banking Specialists at 855-278-8988 or you may complete an appointment form here: http://bit.ly/SWDqsn to receive a phone call from a Specialist. Please feel free to also take a look here: http://bit.ly/1k5RiNG for additional information in our Resource Center.
Once you're ready to open an account with us, please visit any TD Bank during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. If your business has multiple signers, make sure that they come with you to open up the account. Your signers will need to bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number. For a non-resident alien opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Also, please be sure to bring the Tax Identification Number for your business.
If your business will be an LLC, there are some additional documents that you will need to bring with you. Please note that one of the listed documents will be required for the account opening but you can bring more than one if you desire: The documents used to form and register your business, the fictitious name registration or the Operating Agreement. You'll also need to bring documentation of your LLC Resolution as well.
As it sounds like you're looking to make both domestic and international wire transfers with your business account, fees may apply for these services as well, both to send and receive wires. For full details of any fees that may apply, we recommend taking a look at our current Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. As any fees for check orders could vary depending on the style and size of your order, we recommend connecting with a Banking Specialist for further details about ordering checks for your account.
Please let us know if you have any questions and enjoy the rest of your night, Sahyli. Have a great upcoming weekend too!
