We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble, Michael, and we'd be glad to discuss this with you.
On February 23rd and 24th, TD Bank updated our online portals to the same platform. We sent out account holders notification of this update throughout January as there were a few things they needed to do to ensure a smooth transition.
You're able to learn more about these changes and steps necessary here: https://go.td.com/2X1zPf5.
You're able to sign in to Online Banking for personal or business use here: https://go.td.com/2H8iXLO.
Based on your concerns specifically, it sounds as though an authorized signer for the business would have to reestablish the permissions used to allow you access as a sub user. You would need to discuss this with an authorized signer directly.
If they have any trouble accessing their account or adding you as a sub user, please have them call our Tech Support Specialists at 800-493-7562. They're available 24/7 to help.
We hope this helps, Michael. Have a good morning!
