So I bought something off of amazon, and it said my purchase was success placed. But when I checked my bank account no money was taken out. Should the money have been taken out immediately or do I have to wait ?

As you mentioned that you made your purchase with Amazon, and it has not yet been debited from your account, we'd like to recommend that you contact Amazon for further assistance with your purchase. You may also wish to ensure that you did not accidentally use another debit or credit card you may have, that is not with TD Bank.
If you've already spoken with amazon, and confirmed that your TD Bank Debit Card was used for your purchase, you're more than welcome to connect with us so that we may review your account with you.
