the account has 12$ left , and i am trying to buy something from the online with 1$ but i didnt allow me , so i tried to log in my account from the TD bank app on phone and TDbank's website to see what is happing but i couldent for some reason i still didnt know ,, even tho i didnt typed any wrong password neither username ..
i tried to press '' forget my password '' to reset it but the system requires A ''SSN'' and i dont remember that i provide it when i opened the account with you guys .. SO WHAT TO DO NOW please ?
