Hi there Daisha,
Thank you for getting in touch with us about this and we're sorry to hear about any confusion with your account right now.
If you're viewing your account balance online or via mobile, if the account happens to be overdrawn, then the balance will be displayed in parentheses. This is the notation we currently use to indicate that the balance is negative. We apologize if this was confusing for you and you weren't aware of your current balance. If your account is still overdrawn, kindly note that we do suggest making a deposit to your account as soon as possible.
We'd be happy to review your account personally with you so we can give you some details. Please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop by any of the TD Store locations in your area. To find a TD Store location near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We do hope this will help, Daisha.
If you have other questions, please feel free to reply. Thanks again and enjoy your Sunday!
