Good afternoon, I am a user of the bank and I can not reset the password because Do not have a Social Security number, call customer service and tell me that they can not see my own, I must personally attend a branch.
Help please, I can not travel to the United States at this time

Hey Juan, welcome to the TD Helps community.
As you mentioned you do not have a Social Security number, we can assist you with resetting your password from outside of the country by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518. Since you've mentioned that you are unable to visit a TD Store location, we ask that you give us a call directly so we can look into this for you.
