I am a senior citizen living with less than $11,000 a year. I do not have taxes removed from my social security checks. However, I do receive low income rent, qualify for low monthly electricity payments and receive Husky D (Medicaid) from the State of Connecticut. Do I need to submit a tax return?

Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Paula. We're happy to point you in the right direction.
At this time, TD Bank does not prepare taxes. For more information on filing individual taxes please take a look here: http://1.usa.gov/17jMfnC. We recommend reaching out to a tax specialist for more information about your individual needs.
If you have any additional questions feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop by a TD location for further assistance. To find a Store nearby please view our Store locator found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps, Paula. Have a wonderful day!
