Stuck without any funds because of fraudulent use... please help!

As you mention that you are currently abroad, we recommend sending us a secure message via Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you are not enrolled in Online Banking and are unable to send a message, we apologize for any inconvenience however we ask that you reach us via telephone. You are able to call us from outside the U.S. by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a landline telephone. After speaking with a Specialist, they will be glad to address all of your concerns.
