I am no longer in business and one of the customers paid me my last and final payment for my services I dont have an td bank account. The check is drawn on td bank the check has my business name on it what kind of paper work do I need to bring in to get this check cashed. So far I have my ficticious name filing paper tax id from the irs and my drivers liscense

If a check is made payable to a business entity, including sole proprietorships, the check must be deposited into the account owned by that business and may not be cashed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
