Good morning, Todd.
It's good to hear from you.
We'd first like to apologize for any unauthorized transactions that may have been debited from your account, and we appreciate your diligence with closing your debit card to prevent any further charges from occurring.
Here at TD Bank, protecting our Customers and their accounts is our number one priority, and if you'd like to file a dispute for any unauthorized transactions that may have occurred, we ask that you either connect with one of our Banking Specialists over the phone, or you may also visit your nearest TD Store location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, please understand that we are unable to file disputes online at this time.
When you're ready to file a dispute, if you'd like to call and speak with a Banking Specialist, we're happy to announce that they're here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached at 1-888-751-9000. If you'd rather visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest location, as well as their hours and contact information.
We apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause, Todd, but we hope you found this information helpful.
Thank you again for stopping by. Have a great weekend!
