We're sorry to hear about this, Nathan, and we'd be glad to help with the next steps.
To best assist with your concerns, we ask that you connect with a Banking Specialist directly. You can reach them 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store. Take a look at TD Stores in your area here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Once speaking with a Specialist, they will review your account with you, close your debit card and submit a dispute on your behalf for the unauthorized activity.
Please know that we would like to address these concerns with you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum in which we do not have access to your account specific information.
We hope to speak with you shortly, Nathan. Take care.
