We have a determination letter with the e.i.n. number . I don't have a w-9 form . Is that a problem ? Isn't the w-9 form the one to file in order to get an e.i.n. number ? Ad if so , then I don't have it because I used the same form to file for the i.r.s. to get the e.i.n. number ......
