with the changes to my account, if I pay a bill on line at 5:00 PM when will it be taken out of my account?

Good afternoon Connie, welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question. We're happy to address any concerns you may have about this upcoming change.
First, we'd like to mention that we know change can be hard; however, please be assured that we're here to help you and walk you through any questions you might have. We're sure we can help you make sense of this so that you can best manage your accounts with us.
As you mentioned, beginning next month on April 25, 2016, we'll process transactions (including pending transactions) chronologically, based on the date and time you make them.
Since you asked specifically about paying a bill at 5:00 pm, please know that the payment method used may affect the time assigned to the transaction. If you're processing a debit card transaction, the pending amount can show up based on the time you process the transaction. Alternately, a payment may also be made with the company directly using your routing and account numbers, which is an ACH withdrawal. Automatic withdrawals such as these will continue to process at three different times during the day, with most being during overnight processing.
