Why cannot I not select Illinois from the dropdown box when signing up for an account?

We apologize for any inconvenience however the states displayed via our online account opening are those found in our footprint from Maine to Florida. As you are outside of our footprint at this time, we ask that you contact us over the phone to open an account.
