Thank you for coming to us here on TD Helps, Billye! We're sorry for any difficulties you may be experiencing and we'll be able to provide some assistance.
The easiest way to obtain your statements will be setting up Online Banking and getting them online. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Specialists. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help!
If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours at a nearby TD Store. Please note that TD Bank is located in States from Maine to Florida, you're welcome at any of our locations. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account including previous statements. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find out TD Store locations near you.
Please note that there is no charge if you view or print your previous statements via Online Banking. If you are unable to locate the statements you need via online banking, you do have the options to request the statement copies to be mailed to your address on file by calling 24/7 Banking Specialists at the number listed above or visiting your local TD Bank store. Also, depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
You have a few options to order checks. First, you can order them right through our site by following the steps below:
• Log into Online Banking by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq • Click on the ''Customer Service tab'' • Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks'' You can also give us a call 24/7 at the same number listed above or stop by your nearest TD Bank location to order your checks.
You have also mentioned that you have not received your recent statements. We recommend contacting us directly before placing the check order to ensure that we have your current address on file. You may call our Banking Specialists at the same number or visit your local TD Bank store. You may also send us a secure message via online banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any additional questions, Billye!
