Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Trisha. You'll be happy to learn that TD Bank retains seven years of account history in our records. When viewing your statements via your TD Online Banking, you may view and print your statements as far back as 2010. If you have a TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card and Social Security number you may complete our online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll in TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. Please feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, if you experience any difficulties enrolling in Online Banking. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. Once you've enrolled in Online Banking and you've logged in, please follow the steps below to view the statement of your choice: - Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen - Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on - Click on the “Statements & Notices” tab. - Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement” - You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement You may also view your statements if you have a TD Bank BusinessDirect account. If you are not currently enrolled, don't worry! To begin the enrollment process, please visit http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6 or if you have already created an online account you may log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. Please understand, enrollment in TD Bank BusinessDirect takes up to two business days and you will receive an email containing your temporary User ID and password that you will have to change upon logging in. In case you don't have a TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card or would like to have immediate access to TD Bank BusinessDirect, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores . If you have any trouble with the enrollment process, please contact our Small Business Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562, option 2. Once enrolled or logged in you may use the following steps to view your statements: - In the "Accounts" tab click onto "Statements & Notices" - Choose the account and desired Statement Period using the drop down boxes - Click onto the "View Statements" button Unless you opt to go paperless, you should still receive your statements in the mail. We'd be happy to assist if you've enrolled in paperless statements and would like to now get your statements mailed. To enroll for paper statements, please log onto your Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you log in, to the left hand side, located in the "Help & Related Tasks" section, please click on the "Online Statements Settings" link. You will now be on the "Update Online Statement Settings" page, under each account, please select the "Paper Statements" option. You will need to read the "Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement" and the "Hardware and Software Requirements" a window should pop up. After reading the required documents, please check the boxes and select "Save Changes". If you have any additional questions, feel free to ask us here, at a TD Store or by giving us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. We hope this helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need anything else have a good one.
