Hello. My card was taken by an ATM in Greece (I use TD bank in NYC). How can i report my card as stollen and get a new one sent to me? I tried called the costumer service line and couldn't get through.

As this is pertaining to your specific account, we would need to review this further with you. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. After account verification, they will be able to close your ATM card; they'd also be more than happy to discuss options so we may mail you a new one to Greece.
When you are calling from any country outside the United States, please dial direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 if you are able to gain access to a land line phone.
Also, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
