I want to stop a company from taking out an automatic payment. How can I do this? They don't have the option to do so but I don't want them to take my money out automatically

That's a great question, Nitacha! It would be our pleasure to provide the ways that you can place a stop payment on your account.
Since you've mentioned that the company doesn't allow you to stop the automatic payment online, you can place the stop payment through us. Feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they can place the stop payment on your account. Please be sure to have the merchant's full name and amount to ensure the stop payment is placed correctly. We'd also like to mention that a fee may be assessed for this service. Please let us know if you have any questions, Nitacha and have a great week!
