I just tried to fill out the online banking form to stop my paper statements. We do not have or want an ATM card and therefore I can not completely fill out the form. I went into my bank and they told me to fill out the form online. I just want to stopped being charged every month for a piece of paper! What can I do?

We appreciate you reaching out to us, Catherine. We are sorry to hear about your difficulties and would be glad to help provide details on how to enroll for paperless statements.
To enroll for paperless statements, you must first be enrolled for TD Online Banking. As you’ve already mentioned you do not have a TD Debit card to enroll via our self-service feature here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, you can certainly connect with us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we'd be happy to help get you set up for TD Online Banking. You may also visit your local TD Store for help enrolling in TD Online Banking. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations near you.
Once you have enrolled for TD Online Banking, please log onto your Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and see below for information on how to set up paperless statements:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
We hope this helps, Catherine. Please let us know if you need anything else. Have a good one.
