Good Morning, Ruben, we're glad you stopped by!
If you are looking to place a stop payment on a check written, we'll be happy to go over your options.
First, if you are enrolled in online banking, you may place a stop payment online by logging in here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've logged in, you may click the 'Customer Service' tab, and select 'Stop Payment' under 'Special Requests and Documents'. Please note that this method may only be used for a check you wrote from your account, and all of the fields must be entered, in order for the stop payment to be effective.
You may also place a stop payment at your local TD Bank Store, or over the phone with a Representative. You may reach us by phone, 24/7, at 888-751-9000. We invite you to click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to view our Store locations and hours.
If you are attempting to place a stop payment on an ACH, please contact us at the number provided above.
Please be advised that a $30.00 stop payment fee may be assessed, and we ask that you view our personal fee schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg.
We hope you find this information useful, Ruben. Have a great day!
Natasha M, Mt. Laurel
