On Dec 18th I sent money to a colleague using the Send-Money feature from the TD Bank application. He has a checking account on a different bank and the phone registered on his account is his land line phone which I use to process the transfer.
Since then the transfer shows up as processing on the application and I was told by a TD Bank customer service representative that the transfer will no go through because I used a land line phone number instead of a mobile or email address.
I need to know how long will it take for the money to return to my account to process a new transfer and if stopping payment from the application will speed things up.

Thanks for stopping by the TD Helps Community, Al. We're glad to assist you.
If you sent a Send Money transfer to a landline phone, and the payment was deducted from your account, you should expect to receive the funds back into your account within 3-5 business days.
There are some instances where the payment will not get processed, as it will not accept a landline phone.
