Good morning, Laura.
We're sorry for any confusion this may be causing you, and we'll be happy to help.
If you do not have an account with TD Bank, yet you are receiving emails which may be asking you to confirm personal information, you may have received a phishing email.
Please note that this message was not sent by TD Bank. If you like, we would appreciate a copy of the email for our research, and ask that you please forward it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also call us, 24/7, at 888-751-9000 for assistance. Once complete, we recommend deleting this email immediately and ensure you do not click on the link nor provide any personal account information.
However, if you're unaware of whether or not you may have an account with TD Bank, you're welcome to contact us, and we'll be happy to confirm if the email you have received if phishing or not. To reach a Banking Specialist, you're welcome to call the number above, or you can also visit a TD Store location, if you're in the area, to go over your concerns with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We sincerely hope this helps, Laura, and please enjoy your holiday weekend.
