I recently signed for chequing account and a credit card with TD bank. I completed the formalities online as well as visiting the branch. After 2 weeks, I got my credit card and I activated it online. In the last weekend, I tried using the card for a small purchase and it was blocked. Today I had to again visit the branch to have the card reactivated and reset a pin only to find another transaction declined later. Again I called the phone support and they said the card is not yet activated! He then activated for me again!. I dont know what's going on with TD and their card division! I'm now skeptical to use the card again and dont know if it will work or blocked.
