Thank you for stopping by TD Helps, Robert! We'll be happy to provide the ways that you can obtain a debit card.
One of the quickest ways you can obtain a debit card is stopping into any TD Bank during lobby hours. One of our Banking Specialists can make one for you in minutes! Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Please note that a parent does not have to accompany you.
Another way to obtain a debit card is by calling our 24/7 Customer Service line. After our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they can submit a request to have a debit card mailed to the address on file.
If you are enrolled in online banking, you can also send a secured message requesting a debit card to be mailed to your home address as well. If you are not enrolled, that's ok! Please call us 24/7 at the telephone number listed above and one of our Banking Specialists can enroll your account in online banking. Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account and click on Send a secured message. Please note that it can take 7-10 business days for shipping.
We hope this information is useful and please let us know if you have any questions, Robert!
