I received the letter from TD that my student checking account changes to a TD convenience checking account. I am still a student in college. Since I transfered school, there is no local store here. How can I switch back to my checking account to student one?

Welcome to TD Helps, Mai. We'll be sure to provide you with some information today.
If you have a TD Student Checking right now and you recently turned 24, please keep in mind that student benefits expire after 5 years or on a student’s 24th birthday, whichever comes first. At that time, the account will automatically convert to a TD Convenience Checking account. Please know once you are 24 years of age, you are not able to revert back to a Student Checking.
You're welcome to review our Convenience Checking account in more detail here: https://go.td.com/18IVtY0. If for any reason this account doesn't meet your needs, you'd be glad to know that you can always change your account type with us without interrupting your account usage or changing your account number or debit card number.
We encourage you to review all of your Checking Account options here: https://go.td.com/29HKKlx. Or to get a personalized recommendation, we invite you to use our Checking Account Selector at https://go.td.com/1vW1xnU.
If you prefer, a Specialist can take a look at your account in detail and provide suggestions for you, based on your specific account needs. Feel free to give us a call at 888-751-9000, 24/7 or, stop in at any TD Bank Store you like. And find a listing of our Stores here: https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Thanks for writing in and we hope you have a great day, Mai.
