hi, i have a STUDENT CHECKING account in TD Bank (Atlantic City, New Jersey). The problem is that I closed the debit card for this account but I received some money after that...So, can I reopen this card for to take the money from ATM in europe? I am NOT in US at the moment.

Once your debit card for your account has been closed, we are unable to reopen your card. However; you may request a new debit card be mailed to an alternate address via secured email or fax.
To send a secure message, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, we ask that you contact our Banking Specialists to help with the enrollment process. Because you are in Europe currently, you can reach us 24/7 at (856)-751-9000 or you can call collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518 with operator assistance. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help. Once you have enrolled for Online Banking, to send a secure message, after you have logged into your account, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.” In your message, please include the following:
-Your first and last name
-Account Number or Social Security number
-Please provide the full address of where you would like your new TD Debit Card be mailed to
-The following statement: I take full responsibility for card being sent to this alternate address
-Delivery Type – Expedited or Emergency Overnighted
If you prefer to send us a fax you may send the Letter of Responsibility to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138. Again, please include the necessary information needed as listed above and also, please include your signature and date.
