We are a student organization in U of T recognized by Ulife. We plan to change the signing officers (2 signatures) for the next year, are there any documents that we need to bring to the branch?

Great question, Wendy. We'd be glad to discuss.
To update the authorized signers on a business account, the signer (who will remain on the account) can visit a local TD Bank Store during lobby hours to sign an updated signature card with the new signer together. The signer (who is being replaced) is not required to be present. Please ensure that all signers have proper ID; a Driver's License, Passport, State issued ID, or Military ID will be accepted. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop by any of the TD Store locations in your area.
We also notice that you're writing to us from Canada. If this is in regard to an account you maintain at TD Canada Trust, we recommend reaching out to our friends on the Canadian TD Helps Team to discuss how to update signers. Please visit their page here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U.
You are also able to reach out to TD Canada Trust Representatives directly for help. Please take a look at their contact options here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
We hope to see you soon, Wendy. Have a good day.
